Coffee Post – Harvest

The Coffee Post–Harvest Program introduces participants to the fascinating world of coffee production from farm to cup. This initiative focuses on post-harvest techniques such as sorting, pulping, fermenting, drying, and roasting. Volunteers work closely with local farmers in Lombok to improve coffee quality and learn sustainable processing methods that enhance both flavor and market value.

Through this program, participants not only gain agricultural and technical experience but also develop a deeper understanding of fair trade, environmental sustainability, and the cultural importance of coffee in Indonesia’s rural economy.
