General Information:
The Bali Travel Buddy Program runs 14 days, featuring a mix of cultural exploration, creative projects and meaningful community interaction. Participants will:
Explore traditional Balinese villages and temples
Learn cultural crafts, music and dance
Capture photos/videos for storytelling

Enjoy nature through beaches, waterfalls and rice terraces
Experience real daily Balinese life
This program focuses on experiential travel, cultural immersion, and content creation: all guided by local buddies who share insider knowledge and hidden gems around Bali.

Follow instructions from coordinators and local community guides.
Respect Balinese customs, temples, traditions and sacred spaces.
Dress appropriately when visiting temples or cultural sites.

Typical Day
Day-1: Arrival & Orientation
On the first day, participants are welcomed by the local team and their assigned Travel Buddy who will guide them throughout the program. After introductions, an orientation session is held to explain Balinese culture, local norms and the overall program outline. Participants then enjoy a relaxed walking tour around the neighborhood, followed by their first Bali sunset.
Day-2:Cultural Exploration – Ubud
The second day is dedicated to exploring the cultural heart of Bali. Participants visit traditional villages, observe local handicrafts, enjoy the famous terraced rice fields and learn about the artistic heritage of Ubud. The day concludes with a visit to Ubud’s cultural center, allowing participants to experience the island’s creative atmosphere.
Day-3: Waterfall Adventure & Coffee Experience
Participants travel to one of Bali’s iconic waterfalls to enjoy nature and practice content creation in a scenic environment. This is followed by a visit to a local coffee plantation where participants learn about traditional Balinese coffee-making and sample various local brews.
Day-4: Balinese Culture Immersion
This day focuses entirely on cultural learning. Participants join a Balinese cooking class, learn how to make traditional offerings (canang sari) and try a session of Balinese dance or traditional music. These activities provide deep insight into Bali’s daily spiritual and cultural practices.
Day-5: Temple & Sunset Experience
Participants visit one of Bali’s famous temples to learn about spiritual customs, temple etiquette and the religious significance of these sacred sites. In the evening, they enjoy a cultural performance before ending the day with a dramatic sunset from one of Bali’s cliffside viewpoints.
Day-6: Village Community Visit
Participants spend the day visiting a local village, connecting with residents and observing daily life in a traditional Balinese community. Activities may include light farming, traditional games or joining everyday routines that reflect authentic Balinese culture.
Day-7: Adventure Day
This day is dedicated to outdoor adventure. Participants choose from activities such as snorkeling, river tubing, trekking or cycling through rural landscapes. This experience highlights Bali’s natural beauty while offering opportunities for exploration and content creation.
Day-8: Creative Day in Canggu / Seminyak
Participants explore the modern, creative side of Bali by visiting Canggu or Seminyak. The day includes café visits, local markets, art spots and photography sessions. Travel Buddies assist participants in capturing creative content, from photos to shortform videos.
Day-9: Spiritual Heritage Tour
Participants visit a holy water temple to learn about Balinese spiritual beliefs and purification rituals. They then explore a historical site that showcases ancient Balinese architecture and traditions, offering a deeper understanding of the island’s spiritual heritage.
Day-10: North Bali Exploration
Participants travel to the highlands of north Bali to visit a lakeside temple and admire the region’s cooler climate and natural scenery. The day continues with stops at viewpoint areas and cultural landmarks, ideal for nature lovers and storytellers.
Day-11: Beach & Wellness Day
After several days of exploration, participants enjoy a relaxing day by the beach. They may swim, sunbathe or simply unwind. Optional wellness activities: such as a spa session, meditation, or yoga, help participants recharge before continuing the program.
Day-12: Market, Food & Sunset Day
This day focuses on food and local life. Participants explore a traditional market, sample Balinese street food and learn about ingredients used in daily Balinese cooking. In the evening, they travel to one of Bali’s famous sunset temples or viewpoints to capture golden-hour content.
Day-13: Creative Project & Farewell Night
Participants spend the day working on their final content or storytelling project, accompanied by guidance from their Travel Buddy. Later in the afternoon, they review and finalize their work before joining a farewell dinner to celebrate their two-week journey.
Day-14: Departure
On the final day, participants gather for a closing session, share feedback and say goodbye to their Travel Buddy. Departure follows according to each participant’s schedule.
